Wow – never tasted them so fresh! What a difference. I was talking with my neighbor who was having a roast the same night: she paid more, had to pick them up, and then was complaining about how bad her car smelled with the oysters in it. I didn’t mention it, but as you know, seafood doesn’t really smell at all if it is fresh. Needless to say, your oysters being so fresh had no odor at all. What a great experience. If I could have gotten more Sunday Im sure they would all been gone quickly as well. They are so much better then any Gulf oyster.
